Work Force Expat provides relocation support services exclusively by way of a personalized quotation and a signed contract agreement. No direct sales or transactions are conducted via the website.

Pursuant to Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, individual (non-professional) clients benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract signature. This right is waived if the client requests the commencement of services before the expiry of the withdrawal period, in accordance with Article L221-25.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to professional clients (legal entities or individuals acting for business purposes).

5. Tax Information

Pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code général des impôts), Work Force Expat is not subject to VAT (“TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI”).

In addition, VAT is not applicable on invoices issued to clients established outside the European Union, pursuant to Article 259 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI) and as further clarified by BOI-TVA-CHAMP-20-50-30, which governs the territoriality of services rendered to clients located outside the EU.
